<time>태그는 24시간방식의 시간, 그레고리력의 완전한 날짜 정보를 나타낼 때 사용합니다. HTML5에서 추가되었습니다.
datetime : 요소의 시간과 날짜를 지정합니다. 선택시 문자열이 유효한 날짜여야 합니다.
pubdate : 부울(true, false)속성입니다. 이 속성이 지정될 경우, 요소의 날짜와 시간정보는 문서의 발행일이 됩니다.
